Who We Are 

The NYABE is an association of professionals who have an interest in business economics. We are represented by approximately 200 members, who are affiliated with more than 100 businesses and other organizations located within New York City and the surrounding area. 

 

The mission of the NYABE, like that of our parent organization the NABE, is to provide leadership in the use and understanding of economics. Every month of our active session -- September through June -- we invite a prominent business economist to speak on a topic of their expertise. Most presentations occur during lunch (see Events Calendar), facilitating networking with other members, as well as providing a relaxed atmosphere for the question-and-answer period with the invited speaker.
